Here’s what you do. First, put start your treadmill and put it to 2 mph so you are slowly walking. Now, increase the incline all the way up to 12% or whatever your treadmills maximum is. Now increase the speed of your treadmill until you are basically sprinting. For most this will be at 6-7 mph. Keep it there for 60 seconds, then drop it back down to 2 mph. Now put your incline back to 0% so you are level. Increase the speed to a sprint one more time for 60 seconds. Drop it back down to 2 mph and just walk until you have caught your breath. Once you have, you’re done!

That’s it. Just do that everyday, preferably later like after you have come home from work, and trust me, you will fall asleep in no time. But remember, if it takes you less than 5 minutes to fall asleep, there’s a good chance you are sleep deprived and need to sleep more.
