Danger of Sleep Deprivation

According to the Center Of Disease Control and Prevention, there is an estimated one in five people who suffer from a sleep disorder, sleep deprivation being the most prevalent sleep disorder of them all. Coping with Juvenile Bedwetting

Learning to Wake Up Early

In college, it’s almost frowned upon to sign up for classes that start any earlier than 9:oo am.  Not many people can see the value of waking up early in the morning, which for some means before 8:00 am.

If you haven’t experienced it before, there is something about waking up early in the morning that helps you become a lot more productive.   I can attest to you that waking up before the sun comes up gives you some of the most clear, crisp, and peaceful times that you can imagine.  The hard part is, however, learning to wake up early.
