Mattresses, Frames and Adjustable Bases
We deliver your order using a full service delivery company in your area. Your intelliBED will arrive and be set up by one of the delivery company’s knowledgeable partners. All packaging materials will be removed, and we will even remove your old mattress for a small recycling fee!
When will you receive your order?
Our goal is to have your new intelliBED delivered to you quickly, but the delivery time will vary depending on the destination. Average delivery time is 14 business days. If you have questions about your order please call our Customer Service Team at 801.716.2888. They will be happy to assist you.

Special Delivery Requests
Saturday Delivery: When you call 888.435.2339 and place your order, please ask us to provide a quote for Saturday delivery.
We offer a flat rate delivery charge of $269 for any non-adjustable unit and a flat rate delivery charge of $369 for any adjustable unit to any of the contiguous United States. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, please call one of our sleep specialists at 888.435.2339 for shipping to your area.
Mattresses: You must purchase a Protect-UR-Gel mattress protector and use it on your intelliBED during the trial period in order for the mattress to be eligible to be returned. Government regulations require that personal products such as mattresses must be protected if the product is to be returned. A returned intelliBED cannot be resold as “new” and must be inspected. Your intelliBED must be returned in the original packing materials and must be free from stains and odor, including cigarette smoke.
Toppers: The return shipping for all toppers is the customer’s responsibility.
Mattress Protectors, Pillows, Seat Cushions, Frames, and Adjustable Bases: By industry standard, mattress protectors, pillows, frames, seat cushions and adjustable bases are not returnable items. You can keep these products and use them with your next mattress.
Return Process: Before returning any product, please call Customer Service at 888.435.2339 during your 60-day trial period to receive a Return Authorization Number. We cannot accept returned products without a Return Authorization Number. We will schedule and pay for the return shipping of mattresses and/or mattress sets only. You will be credited the full invoice price of the mattress and/or mattress set once it arrives back to our factory in satisfactory condition, less the cost of outbound shipping, the cost of the protect-ur-gel cover, and the cost of any accessories. A refund will be issued following the inspection of the returned products and confirmation that all requirements have been properly followed.
Acclimation Period: We ask that you take at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust to the proper sleep posture that only an intelliBED provides. If you decide to return your intelliBED at any point before the required 30-day acclimation period, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
