In this case, both adjustable bases will be synchronized so that they both move together. The advantage is that there is no split down the middle. In order to qualify for the risk-free 60 day trial, you must purchase a mattress protector with your mattress. You must call for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Keep original packaging as returns must be shipped in original packaging to protect the product. A refund will be issued following the inspection of the returned product and confirmation that all requirements were properly followed. This is very important because a mattress is a personal product and by law must be protected if it is to be returned*.

*IntelliBED Return Policy: You must purchase a Protect-UR-Gel mattress protector and use it during the trial period. This is very important because a mattress is a personal product and by law must be protected if it is to be returned. Returned products cannot be resold as "new" and must be inspected. Product must be returned in original packing materials, and must be free from stains and odor, including cigarette smoke (by industry standard mattress protectors, pillows and adjustable bases are not returnable items.
