Since our intelliBED provides support unlike any other mattress you have ever experienced we ask that you give it at least a 30 day trial period to work for you. Some customers report that they have spent so long sleeping on an inferior bed that they experience an adjustment period with their new intelliBED. Just like an orthotic that pressures your body as it provides proper support, an intelliBED will be gently realigning your body to the proper sleep posture.
After you get used to it, you will be amazed by the sensation of sleeping on Intelli-GEL®. In fact, you’ll have trouble sleeping on anything else!
*intelliBED Return Policy: You must purchase a Protect-UR-Gel mattress protector and use it during the trial period. This is very important because a mattress is a personal product and by law must be protected if it is to be returned. Returned products cannot be resold as “new” and must be inspected. Product must be returned in original packing materials, and must be free from stains and odor, including cigarette smoke (by industry standard mattress protectors, pillows and adjustable bases are not returnable items. You keep them and use them with your next mattress). Please call 1-888-435-2339 within your 60 day trial period and get a Return Authorization Number before returning any product. We cannot accept a return without prior authorization. A refund will be issued following the inspection of the returned product and confirmation that all requirements were properly followed. We ask that you give the bed at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust to the proper sleep posture only an intelliBED provides.
