In Home Trial Details: You must call for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Keep original packaging as returns must be shipped in original packaging to protect the product. A refund will be issued following the inspection of the returned product and confirmation that all requirements were properly followed. This is very important because a mattress is a personal product and by law must be protected if it is to be returned. We will help you arrange the least costly way to return the bed and deduct that cost from your original purchase price refund if you so desire.

*IntelliBED Return Policy: You must purchase a Protect-UR-Gel mattress protector and use it during the trial period. Product must be returned in original packing materials, and must be free from stains and odor, including cigarette smoke (mattress protector and adjustable bases are not returnable, but can be used with other mattresses). You must call 1-888-435-2339 within your 60 day trial and get a Return Authorization Number before returning any product. We ask that you give the bed 30 days to allow your body to adjust to the proper sleep posture only an intelliBED provides.
